The Brief
Box End Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic based on a family farm just outside Bedford. Offering musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women's health services and physiotherapy-led Pilates, they wanted a website that reflected the unique experience they provide. The challenge was creating a balance between their clinical expertise and the warm, personal environment of their countryside setting, moving away from the typical feel of a traditional healthcare website.
The Result
I designed and built a warm, professional website that showcases the full range of services offered by Box End Physiotherapy. The site combines clear information about their specialist treatments with a more welcoming visual style that reflects the personality of the clinic and its unique location. The result is a website that helps prospective patients understand their services while creating a sense of trust and connection before they even visit.
Client Feedback
Hannah Barbour
Box End Physiotherapy
We’re a new physio clinic run by just the two of us, so finding someone professional, reliable and affordable to design our website was really important. He came highly recommended by a friend and we’re so glad we chose to work with him.
From the beginning, he quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and brought our vision to life beautifully. He was incredibly patient and flexible when we struggled to meet deadlines for providing content and he always kept to his own timeline throughout the project.
He used our own images along with our new logo and colour scheme to create a website that strikes exactly the balance of clinical, professional and welcoming that we were hoping for. His attention to detail was excellent and he offered fantastic value for the quality of work delivered. Most importantly, he’s a genuinely lovely person to work with.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new website. It already feels like such an asset to our new little business and we can’t wait to show it to everyone. We would highly recommend him to any small business owner looking for a talented and trustworthy website designer.
